Authority to leave package if no one is home

Module Description

The module gives the customer the option to authorise the carrier to leave the parcel if no one is home.

A 'Authority to leave parcel' check box is shown below the carriers list on the check out page.
The merchant will see the 'Authority to leave parcel' answer in back office in the order screen and it's also shown on the invoice.
