Step 1. Change order of cms content page from back office -> Preferences -> CMS

Ensure you use the up and down arrows to move the cms page. Note: Use drag and drop with mouse does not work in PS 1.5

Step 2. Go to back office -> Modules -> CMS Block -> Configuration  and just hit save

Step 3. Check that it has worked in Front page.
